禚玉娇，女，汉族，四川人。2009年至2011年在香港财经大学学习企业管理，并获得硕士学位。自2001年5月以来，先后担任通威集团财务部经理、通威集团财务总监，董事、通威集团常务副总裁，董事。现任通威集团总裁、董事。
 
Zhuo Yujiao, female, Han ethnic, was born in Sichuan Province. Studied in Hong Kong Finance and Economics College from 2009 to 2011 and got the master degree of Enterprise Management. After join in Tongwei Group, she successively served as the Manager of Finance Dept., CFO and Director, Executive Vice President and Director and now as the President and Director of Tongwei Group.
